Chocolate Conching Machine is used for refining and conching chocolate pastes and also suitable for refining jam,peanut butter or other liquor/pastes which have similar features with chocolate paste . It is suggested to use sugar powder with 100mesh .It is good for protecting Chocolate Refiner liners and scrapers . Conching Machine has mixing functions as well .
