JMJ500 Chocolate Conche And Refiner with Maximum 500L capacity per batch .Every Batch takes 12-18hours to get 20-25um fineness .JMJ500 Chocolate Conching Machine motor power 15kw,electric heating power 7.5kw .This model of Chocolate Refiner has electrical blades tightening and loosen functions . There are press button controls in electrical box . Blades tightening motor 0.75kw. Chocolate Conching Machine equip with automatic temperature controller . Two temperatures can be set :1^st Chocolate Melting (heating) temperature ,2^nd water flow in temperature . Within the degrees ,chocolate paste can be kept it’s liquidity .After conching ,chocolate pastes usually delivered to Chocolate Melting and Storage Machines to store as preparations for making chocolate .
